Answer: Between 24hrs after receive your booking, you will receive our confirmation
3) Question: How about payment?
Answer: All payment billing to you from balicheaphotel.com. We accept your payment by credit card with processing by PAYPAL payment secure company.
4) Question: Can I pay direct to hotel?
Answer: Yes can but you will pay hotel rate not our rate and you must pay booking fee US$.10/Booking.
5) Question: How I know you make my booking to hotel?
Answer: After you make completed payment, you will booking confirmation with hotel address contact from us for check in to hotel, hotel telephone, address, and any have included on condition of your reservation
6) Question: If I want to amend or cancel how about my money?
Answer: We only collect booking fee US$.10 from you. If you cancel you must accept hotel policy. However we will advise what the result as well as follow the hotel policy. Booking fee will refund to your credit card and deduct processing fee
7) Question: If I already full paid then I want to cancel can I refund my money?
Answer: Normally cancellation and refund policy depending from hotel policy and you must accept whatever we receive from them and also you must read onto general condition this site. Please read carefully our condition
